**Drive-Thru testing supplies are limited and Hours of Operation are dependent on supplies. Drive-Thru will not be operating in temperatures below 32 degrees. Check back often for updates.**
Drive-Thru Testing is OPEN on Monday, April 6th, from 9:00 a.m. - Noon (or until testing supplies are depleted) at:

Normal Drive-Thru Hours of Operation:
– 4 PM
- Monday through Friday
9 AM - 1 PM - Saturday (Jeffco Family Health Services Center ONLY)
- Drive-Thru testing is available to Hospital Workers, Healthcare Employees, First Responders, and the General Public.
- Brief symptom screening criteria will be applied to anyone requesting swab testing through the Drive-Thru.
NO PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF TESTING. Insurance information will be collected, if you have insurance.
- You must have an ID card for registration. Hopsital Workers and First Responders, please bring work IDs.
- If you have insurance, please bring your insurance card.
- Individuals without insurance are also welcome.

STRIDE CHC accepts Medicare Fee-For-Service, Health First Colorado Basic (Medicaid), CHP+ State Managed Care Network (SMCN), Colorado Access CHP+, and some private insurance. For individuals who are uninsured, there is a sliding fee scale for services.
STRIDE CHC also accepts the Colorado Indigent Care Program (CICP).

addressed, please submit using our Patient Concerns Form or by calling
patient who is dissatisfied with the care they receive can report a concern.
Filing a concern will not result in any adverse action or negative treatment.
If you have any concerns that cannot be resolved with your care team, please

Refugee health screening
services will be offered at North Aurora Family Health Services (3292 Peoria
St., Aurora, CO 80010) effective February 3, 2020. STRIDE CHC – Elmira
Refugee Health Center is now permanently closed.
